We operate a 14 day no reason returns policy for all products on our website as required under the Distance Selling Regulations. The following terms and conditions apply to all refunds.

We offer a no quibble 30 day return of unused items. The Products must be undamaged, in the original packaging and in saleable condition for a refund. 

To initiate a return simply contact us and we will inform you of the procedure regarding returning the product.

Please be aware that if a Product has been made individually to your specification or is a custom order then these rights to return do not apply in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, unless the product is faulty..

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all associated components sent with them i.e lamps. Please do not write on the packaging unless instructed to do so. Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us using our carriers. Alternatively, goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000. Damaged or broken glass does not constitute as faulty goods. Sherwood Lighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees or time taken from place of employment.

We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
